New Application to Make Purchases Without Removing The 'Smartphone' Pocket

Are you willing to give up your wallet, cash and credit cards? A payment application allows users to make purchases with their mobile phones without removing the device from your pocket or purse.

Powered by e-payments firm Square, the application called Card Case allows customers to pay for products and services to local businesses automatically by simply giving its name to complete the transaction. "You go, give your name and salts. It is a seamless payment experience," said Megan Quinn, director of Square.

The application automatically opens a label when it detects that a customer is within 100 meters of a business, provided that he has enabled this function in the application and approved the establishment in question.

The arrival of the user, along with your name and photo, the application is posted on the property, giving you the ability to upload products and services in the customer's credit card. "You can pay without resorting to your purse or his wallet, or even the phone," said Quinn.

By giving access to the establishment of customer names and remove the most commercial of the transaction, the company expects to add a personal touch, helping users to feel like regulars even in shops that have not previously set foot.

"We removed the transaction mechanisms and recovered the relationship and conversation between the merchant and customer," said Quinn, adding that customers tend to return to the places where they feel comfortable.

About 20,000 stores have joined the application throughout the United States in eight weeks, including cafes, bakeries, barbers and even farmers in the market stalls.
